The usher
Momo
Monocurator's small flying-squirrel usher.
Profile
Momo is a flying squirrel with strong opinions about black-and-white films. His red cap and red bow are his trademarks.
His antique brass monocular was a gift from his mother. He keeps it close, polishes it carefully, and uses it whenever he thinks a film deserves a closer look.
At Monocurator, Momo is the small usher and film curator. He helps visitors find a film and uses Momo’s Note to argue for his judgement: what holds up, what does not, and why. A famous name does not get to skip the queue.
Momo’s Note is his response after watching: the detail that persuaded him, the choice that did not, and the reason it matters. Notes that discuss plot developments stay folded until you choose to open them.
