你将看到什么
Kaneto Shindō turns grass, wind, heat, holes, and the human body into a complete moral landscape. The demon mask is unforgettable, but the film’s deeper pressure comes from scarcity and the fear that survival has left no room for freedom.
如何轻松入门
The setting is intentionally disorienting. Learn the few landmarks—the hut, the pit, the path through the reeds—and let the changing alliances organise the story.

The reeds hide everyone equally, which makes every private wish feel dangerous. I am fascinated by how the mask enters as a tool of control and returns with a meaning nobody can manage.
